The life of Adam Crisafulli is one that is continually evolving better and higher gaining experience and knowledge along the way.
Adam grew up in a small town in Southern California, where he attended a small catholic high school, which led to the University of Colorado at Boulder. He then found his calling at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, California, where he studied and graduated with highest honors to become a chef in early 1996. Such accomplishments landed him a job as an entry level chef at the number one Italian restaurant in the United States at the time called Valentino in Santa Monica, California.

In early 1999 he was 24 years old and Valentino decided to move Adam to its new venture in the famous Las Vegas, Nevada. Inside the Venetian Resort and Casino, he was to be executive sous chef and kitchen manager of Piero Selvaggio Valentino.

From here in February 2001 Adam was recruited by Lombardi’s Italian restaurant inside the Aladdin Hotel and Casino to become executive sous chef and train to become executive chef. In just eight short weeks Adam was promoted to executive chef at the tender age of 25 years old. The only thing left for him to accomplish was to open his own restaurant, which was handed to him by Gaetano Palmeri in January 2002. The design and set up of the establishment and kitchen was to Adam’s specifications, this new venture had begun, and it seemed that cooking would be his life.

Late on a Monday afternoon in January 2003 as everything was rolling along tragedy stuck as Adam was in a severe car accident, so severe that he could no longer follow his dream and be a chef. After a year of rehabilitation and soul searching with the help of his business partner and best friend Jon Licata, he found he could be passionate about another profession… real estate in Las Vegas.

Adam quickly formed Adam Crisafulli Ltd, with real estate as a new career where he began a new journey, with just as much diligence and consideration as any great Real Estate Agent in the Las Vegas Real Estate and Henderson market’s. His understanding of these two markets is directly attributed to his numerous hours of viewing thousands of house’s and condominium’s there. With his expertise and vast knowledge of the condo conversion projects here in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada, Adam is sure to find you an entry level investment or a home for first time buyers. Along with his intimate understanding of these two market’s, he as acquired extensive knowledge of the rental market as well so that if temporary housing is needed until you can acquire a property Adam will be more than happy to steer you in the right direction.
