THE CURVE

The Curve will feature high-rise living in a village environment that includes work, shopping and entertainment venues. Concierge services are offered.

A suburban-village environment is combined with urban conveniences for living, working, shopping, dining and entertainment at The Curve, a 47.5-acre development near the Las Vegas Strip.

The development offers high-rise condominiums in six floor plans ranging from 1,078 to 2,046 square feet, along with resort amenities, retail boutiques, restaurants and intermixed office space.

Priced from the $400,000s, the homes have one or two bedrooms and one to three baths.

The 17.5-acre first phase of The Curve, located inside the I-215/Beltway curve between Durango Drive and Sunset Road, will include two 18-story luxury condominium towers, 12 buildings with 109,653 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 61,201 square feet of commercial loft office space located above the retail stores.

Amenities include pools and spas, cabanas and concierge services.

“We want to save our residents an hour a day. Avoiding the traffic and congestion of the Las Vegas Strip, our location gives us the best of both worlds — easy access to the entire valley and the convenience of urban living,” said Edward Kile, president of The Curve Development Co. “With restaurants, shopping and office space integrated throughout the project, we aim to provide a laid-back, comfortable suburban lifestyle allowing people to enjoy boutique shopping, dining and nightlife only a minute’s walk from their door.”

Pedestrian plazas and an urban park located within the shopping promenade will provide a large central area for residents and visitors to enjoy.

The Curve homes have floor-to-ceiling windows and large terraces, offering views of the Las Vegas valley.

Tile flooring and granite counter options are available for each unit, providing residents the flexibility and creativity to customize their homes.

The kitchens are equipped with Viking appliances and Kohler bath and kitchen fixtures.

The Curve began taking reservations in March, and construction on the $300-million first phase of the village is set to begin in early 2006.

Klai Juba Architects and M.J. Dean Construction, respectively the designer and developer of Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, are building The Curve.homes.
