Mark Coronado
Las Vegas Real Estate Realtor and Real Estate Investor
Mark Coronado has had a very interesting life and career that few people get an opportunity to experience. He feels that “life is a trip of many steps and if you miss a step you’ve missed an opportunity.”
Mark grew up in Carlsbad, California in San Diego County. As a youth he took up tennis and became a top junior player. He was coached by the great Pancho Segura at La Costa Tennis Club for 4 years and became a nationally ranked junior tennis player, playing with likes of Andre Agassi, Michael Chang, and Pete Sampras. He attended high school at Carlsbad High and was recruited by several division I schools and accepted a full tennis scholarship to the University of Las Vegas Nevada. Mark graduated with a degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate and as they say “the rest is history.”
Mark had an opportunity to be involved in international trade when he and his partner, at that time, obtained a license to sell merchandise at the 2000 Olympics in Australia. Mark traveled to China several times early in the year 2000 to negotiate with business groups for merchandise to be sold at the Olympics. This provided Mark the opportunity not only to see China and it ancient culture but also add to his negotiation and sales skills. His education and background in finance and sales were an asset in successfully completing his objectives in China and at the 2000 Olympics.
Prior to entering the business of real estate, Mark was involved in the ticket broker business with many contacts throughout the U.S. that he retains today as an extra benefit for his clients today.
Mark is a believer in the economy and huge potential for real estate in Las Vegas. He is an investor in several properties and believes that now is the right time to invest in this market. Mark’s people skills and his vast knowledge of the real estate market and the ever changing finance market place are tremendous resources for clients purchasing any form of real estate.
Mark is still an outstanding tennis player, loves to read, and has a love of history. He has a great sense of humor and loves working with clients to accomplish their real estate goals and objectives.
