Ivana Supertower (formerly The Summit)
Ivana Supertower Las Vegas, currently in pre-construction phase, will be the tallest habitable structure in Las Vegas, and another project by Australian developer Victor Altomare. Launching with the motto: “In Vegas, Size Matters,” The Ivana Supertower will be a sleek 80 story building soaring above the Las Vegas Strip at 923 feet on a two acre lot at the northeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard South and Sahara Avenue.
Condo Unit Plans
Most of Ivana's condos are being built as elegant condominiums, but can be sold as completely furnished condo hotel units with the top 15 floors reserved for penthouse residential living. Its fabulous design calls for 943 luxuriously appointed condominiums capped by a nearly 20,000 squarefoot penthouse that the builders hope to sell for more than $35 million. The goal is for Ivana to become a high-class gateway to downtown Las Vegas.
Condo Unit Price Offerings
Prices will start at $555,000 for studios to over $3,000,000 for penthouse suites, and units will range in size from 392 square feet on up. Ivana will commence construction in July of 2006 and take approximately 30 months to complete, finishing around the end of 2008. The project is expected to go to contract sometime in November at which time the balance of a 20% deposit will be collected and at which time all deposits on hand will become non-refundable.
